• Message content (if you provide one)

• Site usage data collected automatically by the analytics and advertising tools described in Sections 4 and 6, including device and browser identifiers, pages viewed, referring source, and approximate location based on IP address

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Follow up on your registration of interest in The Ranstead
• Notify you when leasing information becomes available
• Respond to direct inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate this service (see Section 4).

4. Service providers

We use the following service providers to run this website, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising. Some of them collect information automatically when you visit the site.

Running the website

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Astro DB (Turso) — secure storage of the information you submit
• Resend — delivery of our email replies and follow-ups

Analytics and advertising measurement

• Google Tag Manager — manages the analytics and advertising tags listed below. It does not set cookies or collect personal information itself, but the tags it loads do.
• Google Analytics 4 — site analytics. Shows us how many people visit, which pages they view, where they came from, and when a form is submitted. It collects device and browser identifiers, pages viewed, referring source, and approximate location based on IP address. It records that a form was submitted, not what you typed into it.
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement. Lets us see which visits and inquiries came from our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and how those ads perform. It collects device and browser identifiers, pages viewed, referring source, and approximate location based on IP address. It records that a form was submitted, not what you typed into it.

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies: Google and Meta.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights

You may:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of further communications at any time

6. Cookies

This website uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. A cookie is a small file your browser stores that lets a service recognise your browser and understand how the site is used.

The cookies used on this site are:

• _ga — Google Analytics. Tells one browser apart from another so visits can be counted. Stored up to two years.
• _ga_KB0WV1WZGL — Google Analytics. Keeps track of your current visit. Stored up to two years.
• _fbp — Meta Pixel. Identifies your browser for advertising measurement. Stored about three months.
• _fbc — Meta Pixel. Set when you arrive from one of our ads, so the visit can be matched to that ad. Stored about three months.

These storage periods are the providers’ standard defaults and may change. Google Tag Manager does not set cookies of its own.

How to control cookies

• Your browser settings — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, either everywhere or for individual sites. Blocking cookies may change how parts of this and other websites work.
